☠️ 毒性与过量风险
High doses (>240mg extract/day) or consumption of raw ginkgo seeds can cause seizures, bleeding, and allergic reactions. Raw ginkgo seeds contain ginkgotoxin (4'-O-methylpyridoxine) which causes convulsions — as few as 10 seeds can be toxic. Excessive supplementation can cause dangerous bleeding when combined with blood thinners. May cause headaches, dizziness, and GI upset at high doses.
