☠️ 毒性と過剰摂取のリスク
Very safe — no known toxicity from naturally occurring K2. However, vitamin K antagonizes warfarin — taking K2 while on warfarin can cause dangerous blood clot formation and stroke. Always inform your doctor if taking K2 with any blood thinner. Very high doses may theoretically promote calcification in people with damaged blood vessels.
