Take 1g glucomannan capsules with a FULL glass of water (16oz) 30-60 minutes before each meal, 3 times daily. Must drink plenty of water — it can cause choking or blockage if taken without adequate fluid.

MUST take with large glass of water — can cause esophageal or intestinal blockage if insufficient fluid. May reduce absorption of medications — take 1 hour apart. Start with lower dose to avoid bloating.
