Use genuine Crocus sativus (beware of adulterated products). Avoid doses above 200mg/day.

☠️ 毒性と過剰摂取のリスク

At therapeutic doses (20-30mg/day), very safe. Doses above 200mg/day become toxic — causing vomiting, bloody diarrhea, bleeding from nose and lips. 5g is considered dangerously toxic and 10-20g may be lethal in adults. Very high doses can cause uterine contractions.
