TOXIC to dogs — keep away from pets. May cause GI upset if consumed in large amounts (>20g).
☠️ 毒性与过量风险
EXTREMELY toxic to dogs — even small amounts can cause fatal hypoglycemia and liver failure. In humans, excessive consumption (>40g/day) causes severe osmotic diarrhea, bloating, and gas. Very high doses may cause lactic acidosis. Generally very safe for humans at recommended amounts (6-10g/day).
