Boil 10-15 neem leaves in water, strain, drink ¼ cup 2x daily. External: apply neem paste to skin.

Neem is potent and potentially toxic in high doses. Excessive internal consumption (>2g leaf extract/day) may cause vomiting, diarrhea, metabolic acidosis, and liver damage. Neem oil ingestion is especially dangerous — as little as 20ml in children has caused fatal encephalopathy (brain swelling). High doses can cause dangerously low blood sugar. Neem has antifertility effects at high doses in both men and women. NEVER give neem oil internally to infants or children.
